There are three keys available that fit all locks on the exterior doors in this house. There is a 'tag' on one of the keys to use the tennis courts or the outdoor swimming pool. You will need this to open the entrance gate. Please put all keys and tags back in the china cupboard drawer when you leave the house. The underfloor heating is set automatically.

You can stream music with the HomePod. You can find this under the name 'Keuken'
The WiFi is free. And under the blue SEN button of the TV remote control, Netflix or other apps will be available on the TV after 2 minutes of patience. You can optionally stream your own programs via the Chromecast.
Smoking is prohibited in the house. There is plenty of room to smoke outside or under the veranda. Please put the remains in the waste bin.
The use of the wood stove indoors or the fire bowl outdoors is entirely at your own risk. This also applies to cleaning it up. The wood required for this falls under self-sufficiency products and must therefore be brought by yourself. You can request loose wood from the forests here in the area from Staatsbosbeheer.
You can deposit waste, glass and garden waste in the appropriate containers here at the park. You will receive instructions for this from the person who welcomes you here. These are located behind the park after the general parking lot. A blue press container (which is a bit difficult to open) for residual waste, a container for glass and one for paper.
Stays of more people than agreed in the reservation are not permitted without consultation with the manager. Options are flexible. Please let us know in time. Subletting or reletting is expressly prohibited.
Moving the table and/or sound and television equipment and taking any inventory outside is not permitted without our permission. Chairs or beds can be arranged in the home according to your own wishes. We ask for extra attention to prevent damage and expect the furniture to be returned to its original location at the end of the rental period. You can of course use the crockery and cutlery outside for a meal in the garden.
The washing machine or dryer has instructions for use. The fuse box cannot handle the use of both at the same time in terms of power consumption.
Pets: We do not allow pets in our holiday villa due to possible allergies.
The landlord cannot be held liable for theft, accidents or damage caused during the stay in the house, garden or park. In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure such as war, strike, natural disasters, extraordinary weather conditions, death of the owner, etc., the lessor can terminate the agreement without compensation.
If, through no fault of the landlord, the agreement is not fulfilled, the tenant is entitled to an equivalent, better alternative or a refund of the rental sum already paid.
The landlord has the right to inspect the holiday home during the rental period and to clean it at the agreed time.
If the tenant, his family members, his guests or visitor(s) admitted by him do not or do not properly comply with the obligations under the conditions, the rules of conduct, the instructions of the landlord or the park regulations despite any prior warning, the landlord or the person observer appointed by him has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect. Or the right to deny the tenant and co-tenants access to the property without refunding rents. This also emphatically includes not respecting the specified hours of sleep or causing unnecessary nuisance.
